Development programme
Defining a development programme relies on consultation with a wide diversity of stakeholders: public bodies, farmers, users or local committees.
A sustainable development project is one that benefits the whole community and is accepted by all. For your programme to see the light of day and fit fully into a dynamic of concerted territorial development, it is necessary to take into account the views and feedback of all stakeholders. After the consultation and preliminary design phase, we support you in designing and defining the whole project cycle:

Operational project management
Carrying out a development project involves a number of essential stages, whose proper progress is sometimes difficult for an individual or a local authority to gauge alone. As project owner’s assistant, NovAmazone will handle the administrative follow-up of your calls for tender and the technical monitoring of the project, assess the compliance of the various deliverables against the specification, and monitor the implementation of risk prevention actions. We also have the expertise needed to give you technical advice, and to design and run research and experimentation programmes alongside the delivery of your project.
Biodiversity management
What is the impact of your project on biodiversity? Are there specific local regulations on biodiversity protection and management that your project must comply with? Renewable energy
To meet the challenges of the energy transition law, more than 20% of the energy consumed in France will have to come from renewable sources by 2020. Thematic training
The NovAmazone team offers support in defining and implementing a training programme for informed or non-specialist audiences. We define with you what the training need is, what key messages to convey, and how and to whom to deliver this training (elected officials, families, farming groups, etc.). We have in-house the teaching expertise to design a training programme.
The founder’s vision
Today’s and tomorrow’s agriculture is agriculture with a positive impact, both for the people who practise it and for the environment it is part of. My experience has convinced me that one of the keys to achieving this lies in an innovative private sector taking up the principles of agroecology. That conviction led me to found NovAmazone in 2016, to bring my expertise to the development of sustainable and profitable agricultural and agri-food projects. Today NovAmazone offers tailored support to investors, companies, public bodies and local authorities in their projects to create or transition towards sustainable, profitable and above all resilient systems of land-use planning, production or processing.
