As part of the first phase of an investment programme of nearly €196,000 for the development of our subsidiary CulturA, NovAmazone led the preparation of a financing application to Crédit Agricole Martinique-Guyane, which last October granted CulturA financing of €115,000. CulturA’s partners had self-financed nearly €81,000 between 2015 and 2019 to start the business.
This loan, long awaited, made it possible to complete the first phase of the studies, site servicing works, the construction of a shed, and the purchase of a tractor and agricultural equipment. This investment programme is co-financed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MAA) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEADER).
With the support of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), we obtained the guarantee on bank loans made available to agricultural businesses through the Agriculture-Fisheries Guarantee Fund (FOGAP). The AFD thus guarantees 80% of the loan amount for the first 9 years of the bank credit term, enough to reassure your banker! 😉
