Land application for the extension of a farming couple’s agricultural activity
We are handling the land application of a farming couple who wish to expand. After listing their needs and carrying out a farm diagnosis, we carried out land prospecting. Once the plot was selected, we carried out an environmental diagnosis. Based on the various diagnoses, we built a farm development plan (PDE). We prepared the case-by-case examination file required prior to the impact study. We then formalised the agricultural land application with the DRFIP. The file is currently being processed for allocation of the requested plot. The environmental authorisation was issued quickly for a development project that fits well into its environment.
